The invention relates to accessories for clamping printing forms on a form cylinder of sheet offset printing machines.
In order to clamp printing plates on the plate cylinder of sheet-fed offset presses, several working steps are necessary in order to precisely position the form on the plate cylinder. When inserting the plate into the clamping slot of the plate for clamping the plate, the operator must hold the form. If large molds are available, other operators need help to clamp the mold. . At the same time, the operator is obliged to check the exact position of the molds relative to the stops and the locating pins. This does not exclude the possibility of damage to the printing form, in addition, the process of its clamping requires a great expenditure of effort and time.
The purpose of the invention is to create a device that helps reduce the time spent on clamping the printing plate on the form cylinder.
The objective of the invention is to create a device for retaining
the printing plate when borrowed on the mold plate without possible damage to the plate during clamping, ensuring that the mold is in exact position before the clamp and with comfortable working conditions during the clamping process.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the auxiliary device for holding the printing form, when clamping the rotary offset printing masking from the two sides on the printing cylinder guides, the holders 3 with clamping devices 13 connected by means of the power closure elements 8 are placed on the printing device, and device 13 is associated with a retaining device 14 for holding the rear end 17 of the printing plate, the width of which is equal to the width of the printer.
The clamping device 13 includes hooks 13.1, mounted on the cables 12, and connected with the elements of the power closure 8, executed in the form of a torsion spring 8 M.
The holding device 14 consists of holding the guide 15 and the holding elements 16 fixed on it.
Holders 3 are made swinging. Each holding {IL element 1b consists of a lining 34 with a sticky surface 33 and an elastic coil 32 in contact with the lining 34. The holders 3 have a means for moving in height, including adjustment screws 6. A second adjustment screw 22 is connected to the power closure element 8 for adjustment element relative to the weight of the printing form 18. On the printing device 1 an ancillary device consisting of two holders 3 is fastened, which are fixed on the upper side 2 of the printing device on both sides. The holders 3 can be moved in height by means of an adjusting screw which presses against the support triangle 5 fixed on the holders 3. The adjusting screw 6 rotates in the holder 7 fixed on the upper side 2 of the printing device. In the upper part of the holder 3, the force closure element 8 is reinforced, which is higher as a torsion spring 8.1. The torsion spring 8.1 placed in a separate and screwed housing 9 is rigidly fixed to the shaft 10, which is connected to the holders 3 by means of a power closure. A coil 11 mounted on the shaft 10 (Fig. 2) is connected to one of the parts of the housing 9 12, tensioned by a torsion spring 8.1. The cable 12 is provided at one end with a clamping device 13 made in the form of a hook 13.1. In the open hook 13.1, a holding device 1A is fixed, consisting of a guide 15 and supporting elements 16 fixed on it, which are designed as quick-action closures 16.1, which carry the end 17 of the mold 87 18. The front edge of the mold 19 is inserted for clamping into the clamping slot a front guide 20 for clamping the mold of the cylindrical mold 21. To adjust the torsion spring according to different weights of the clamped mold 18, a second adjusting screw 22 is inserted on the second holder 24 secured to the holder 3. The guide 15 is driven on the open hooks 13.G of the auxiliary device. The open hooks 13.1 are so high that when inserting the leading edge 19 of the mold into the guides for clamping the mold 18, the latter is bent to accurately set its leading edge. After clamping the mold 18 on the plate cylinder 20, the cables 12 are slowly unwound from the torsion spring 8.1. The proposed invention ensures convenient maintenance and accurate position when clamping the form, in addition, its damage. largely prevented.
